Can roofers pay my deductible?
Roofers who offer to pay your deductible are not professional roofers. They use this tactic to make it seem like you’re getting a free roof and entice you to choose them. It’s illegal in most states so don’t fall for their tricks! Please be aware it is a felony offense for insurance in Florida should you not pay a deductible, your contractor not collect the full deductible, or you keep any of the insurance money not spent on the repairs.
What should I do if I have storm damage?
If you are concerned that you may have storm damage, make sure you request a roofing estimate to check and contact your insurance company to file a claim. We will help coordinate with your insurance adjuster and meet them at your home to make sure no damage is missed.
